Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Numenore LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Users in connection with the use of the BultagiCom service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Service are as follows:
- "Service": The stock information community platform service provided by the Company through the BultagiCom website and related applications.
- "User": Any Member or non-member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member": A person who has registered for the Service and has been assigned a user account.
- "Bultagi Board": A discussion board dedicated to a specific stock or investment topic.
- "Content": All forms of information posted by Members within the Service, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and comments.
- "Newsletter" and "Report": Stock news and information content automatically generated and summarized through the use of artificial intelligence technology.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Service interface or otherwise communicated to Members.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
- In the event of any amendment to these Terms, the Company shall provide notice of the effective date and the reasons for the amendment at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
- If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their membership.
Chapter 2. Use of the Service
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Creation and operation of Bultagi Boards (stock and investment discussion boards)
- Posting and sharing of Content
- AI-based automated collection, summarization, and articleization of stock news
- Per-stock newsletter and report generation
- Community features (comments, reactions, etc.)
- Any other services as determined by the Company
- The Service shall, in principle, be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or other operational reasons.
- The Service uses the YouTube API Services for the collection and display of YouTube content. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- The Google Privacy Policy applies in connection with the use of YouTube API Services. Users may manage or revoke API access permissions to their Google accounts through the Google Security Settings page.
Article 5 (Modification and Discontinuation of Service)
- The Company may modify the services being provided as necessary for operational or technical reasons.
- In the event of any modification to the Service, the Company shall provide prior notice of the details and effective date of such modification.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or disruption of services by telecommunications carriers.
Chapter 3. Membership Registration and Management
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
- A User shall apply for membership by completing the registration form prescribed by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
- The Company shall accept membership applications unless any of the following applies:
- The applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms.
- The registration information contains false, incomplete, or erroneous information.
- The applicant is under fourteen (14) years of age.
- Registration of the applicant as a Member is deemed to significantly impair the operation of the Service.
Article 7 (Modification of Member Information)
Members may view and modify their personal information at any time through the profile settings page.
Article 8 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
- A Member may request withdrawal at any time through the settings menu within the Service, and the Company shall process such request without delay.
- The Company may restrict or suspend a Member's membership status if the Member falls under any of the following circumstances:
- Registering false information at the time of membership application.
- Interfering with another person's use of the Service or misappropriating their information.
- Engaging in conduct prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms through the use of the Service.
- Undermining the sound use of the Service.
Chapter 4. Content and Posts
Article 9 (Posting of Content)
- Members may freely post Content within the Service.
- The Company may, without prior notice, delete, relocate, or refuse to publish Content posted by a Member if such Content falls under any of the following:
- Content that defames or damages the reputation of other Members or third parties.
- Content that violates public order or good morals.
- Content reasonably deemed to be associated with criminal activity.
- Content that infringes upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
- Content that exposes personal information.
- Obscene material or content harmful to minors.
- Spam or content intended for advertising or promotional purposes.
- Any other content deemed to violate applicable laws and regulations.
Article 10 (Copyright of Content)
- The copyright of original Content (including text, images, videos, etc.) posted by a Member within the Service shall belong to such Member.
- Where Content posted by a Member has been transformed, summarized, restructured, or otherwise processed through the artificial intelligence (AI) features of the Service, the copyright of such AI-processed output shall belong to the Company.
- Members agree that the Company may use their original Content and any AI-processed Content derived therefrom for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
- The Company may retain and utilize such Content (including both original and AI-processed Content) to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service, even after a Member has withdrawn from the Service.
- Members agree not to raise any objection to the copyright ownership as set forth in this Article and agree not to claim any separate compensation for AI-processed Content.
Article 11 (AI-Generated Content)
- The Service provides the following artificial intelligence (AI) features:
- Automated collection and summarization of external stock news, videos, etc.
- Articleization of stock news through an AI reporter team
- Automated generation of per-stock newsletters and reports
- Other AI-based content analysis and processing
- The copyright of Content generated or processed by AI shall be governed by Article 10.
- The copyright of original content collected from external sources belongs to the respective original authors, and the Company shall use such content solely for the purpose of summarization and introduction.
- Content generated by AI is provided for reference purposes only, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- Members acknowledge that the use of AI features may produce inappropriate or unintended results, and agree not to hold the Company liable therefor.
Chapter 5. Obligations and Liability
Article 12 (Obligations of the Company)
- The Company shall endeavor to provide continuous and stable Service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
- The Company shall establish and comply with a Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of Members.
- The Company shall take appropriate measures when opinions or complaints raised by Members are found to be justified.
Article 13 (Obligations of Members)
- Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying for or modifying membership.
- Misappropriating the information of others.
- Altering information posted by the Company.
- Transmitting or posting information (including computer programs) other than information authorized by the Company.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
- Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties.
- Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and good morals.
- Members shall comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members in connection with the use of services provided free of charge; provided, however, that this shall not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- The Company shall not be liable for the reliability or accuracy of Content posted by Members.
- The Company shall have no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Members, or between Members and third parties, through the Service, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.
Article 15 (Disclaimer Regarding Investment Information)
- This Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment solicitation or trading recommendations. All investment decisions and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the User.
- Posts within the Service, news, newsletters, and reports generated or summarized by AI, and stock-related information are intended for general information and discussion purposes, and do not solicit or recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any specific security.
- The Company is not an investment advisory or discretionary investment business under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, and no information provided through the Service constitutes investment advice or solicitation.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided through the Service, and Members must conduct sufficient review at their own responsibility and expense when making investment decisions.
- The Company shall not be liable in any way for investment decisions made by Members based on information obtained from the Service, or for their outcomes (including loss of principal).
Article 16 (Prohibited Acts)
Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Posting false or exaggerated information, or using material non-public information.
- Manipulating prices or improperly inciting the trading of a specific security (so-called stock manipulation or pump-and-dump activity).
- Recommending a specific security for the benefit of oneself or a third party while concealing conflicts of interest such as one's own holdings, thereby inducing others to buy or sell.
- Conducting business or advertising in violation of applicable laws, including unlicensed investment advisory, discretionary investment, or illegal fundraising.
- Mass-generating posts or reactions, or manipulating public opinion, by automated means.
- Any other act that undermines a sound investment discussion culture or violates applicable laws and regulations.
Chapter 6. Miscellaneous
Article 17 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company shall give due consideration to legitimate opinions or complaints raised by Members and shall take appropriate measures.
- Any litigation arising from disputes between the Company and Members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 18 (Supplementary Provisions)
- Matters not addressed in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.
- The Company may, where necessary, establish separate provisions applicable to specific services, and such provisions shall take precedence over these Terms.
