Youth Protection Policy

Numenore LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and implements the following Youth Protection Policy in accordance with the Youth Protection Act to ensure that minors can use our services in a safe and healthy internet environment.

Article 1 (Basic Principles)

The Company is committed to protecting minors from mentally and physically harmful environments and ensuring they can safely use internet services. To this end, the Company adheres to the following principles:

1. Blocking and managing information harmful to minors
2. Restricting access to harmful information for minors
3. Fostering a healthy community culture
4. Establishing technical and administrative measures for youth protection

Article 2 (Definition and Restriction of Harmful Information)

1. Scope of Harmful Information

Information falling under any of the following categories is deemed harmful to minors and shall be restricted:

• Obscene content or content that causes sexual humiliation
• Violent or cruel content
• Content that encourages or glorifies criminal activity
• Content that promotes gambling
• Content that promotes drug abuse
• Content that encourages or glorifies suicide or self-harm
• Content that impedes the healthy mental and physical development of minors

2. Restrictive Measures

If such harmful information is discovered, the Company may take measures including deletion, access restriction, or refusal to post without prior notice.

Article 3 (Access Restriction Measures for Minors)

1. The Company takes technical measures to prevent minors under the age of 19 from accessing harmful information in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Youth Protection Act.
2. Age is verified through date of birth confirmation during registration, and access to harmful media content for minors is restricted through identity verification procedures.
3. The BultagiCom service is currently available to users aged 14 and older. Children under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a legal guardian.

Article 4 (Community Management Policy)

The Company implements the following management policies to maintain a healthy community environment.

1. Prohibited Posts

• Posts that defame or damage the reputation of others
• Posts containing illegal information or encouraging criminal activity
• Posts that expose or distribute personal information
• Spam, advertisements, or posts for commercial purposes
• Posts that infringe on copyrights
• Posts that spread false information

2. Disciplinary Measures

For posts that violate these rules, measures such as warnings, post deletion, suspension of service, or revocation of membership may be taken.

Article 5 (Youth Protection Notice Regarding Investment Information)

1. BultagiCom is a stock information community service. Stock discussions, news, and reports within the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment solicitation or trading recommendations. Investment involves the risk of loss of principal, and all investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the User.
2. The Company restricts posts that promote speculation, guarantee definite returns, or contain false or exaggerated investment solicitation, so that minors are not exposed to reckless investment or gambling-like behavior.
3. Where a minor uses the Service, the legal guardian is encouraged to provide sufficient guidance and supervision regarding investment risks.

1. The Company notifies users through the Terms of Service that service use may be restricted if harmful posts are created.
2. Users are informed that legal liability may arise from violations of laws related to youth protection.
3. The Company conducts campaigns and provides guidance to foster a healthy internet culture.
